Prior to returning a purchased item for repair, please contact us for an RMA number. Any items that have been authorized to be returned to International Broadcast Transmitters for repair will have a repair cost estimate prepared and sent for customer approval. Once approved, International Broadcast Transmitters Ltd. will undertake the repair as soon as possible and advise the customer that the item is tested and ready to ship. Shipping cost to and from International Broadcast Transmitters Ltd. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Broadcast Transmitters Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising or damages suffered from the purchase or use of any International Broadcast Transmitters Ltd. products. Adjusting or modifying radio transmitters can be dangerous and illegal. The purchaser of such equipment shall be responsible for all subsequent safety issues and all regulatory radio issues in the country of operation.
